We stand behind the quality and integrity of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused and unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition in which they were shipped from our warehouse. Items must be returned to the address provided on your return label. Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding any shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Items that are opened, used, or damaged may be denied a refund.

If you'd like to exchange an item or receive store credit, please indicate the replacement item(s) when submitting your return request. Once returned items are received and inspected, a store credit will be issued, minus any applicable shipping and restocking fees. This credit can be applied toward your exchange or future orders.

Please note: Any remaining credit after an exchange will not be refunded but will remain available for future use.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the product is received and inspected.
