Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and selected delivery method. Estimated delivery times:

Shipping times may vary based on location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or high volume periods.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal and state regulations, we currently only ship within the United States and may be unable to ship to certain states or territories where hemp-derived CBD products are restricted. It is your responsibility to ensure that our products are legal in your area before ordering.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
Shipping Policy - The Basics
Having said that, a Shipping Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order total. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout when applicable.
