Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jayden’s Juice Hemp. We’re committed to ensuring your order is processed quickly and delivered safely. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and selected delivery method. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Shipping times may vary based on location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or high volume periods.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal and state regulations, Jayden’s Juice Hemp only ships within the United States and does not ship to states where full spectrum hemp-derived THC products are currently restricted or prohibited. While our products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill (containing less than 0.3% Δ⁹-THC by dry weight), state-specific laws vary, and we are unable to ship to the following states:

  • Arkansas

  • California

  • Delaware

  • Idaho

  • Kentucky

  • Mississippi

  • Montana

  • Tennessee

These states either ban all forms of THC (including hemp-derived), prohibit hemp in ingestible form, or impose licensing and sales restrictions that make direct-to-consumer shipment unlawful.

It is your responsibility to ensure that hemp-derived products are legal in your area before placing an order. By purchasing from our site, you acknowledge that you are aware of and assume responsibility for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.

Shipping Policy - The Basics 

Having said that, a Shipping Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers. It is the legal framework for presenting your obligations to your customers, but also to address different possible scenarios that may occur, and what happens in each and every case. 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Jayden’s Juice Hemp is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. For assistance, you may also contact us at:

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order total. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout when applicable.
